BEST TIME TO TRAVEL:
The hills of Uttaranchal are best visited from October to June when you can expect clear blue skies. In the months of Dec, Jan and Feb snowfall occurs at almost all places north of Nainital. In the summer months of April to June, avoid the plains (though wildlife viewing at Corbett can be well worth the endeavor) and take to the hills instead. Rains occur from end June to September, and though the snow-clad Himalayan views may not be visible, the monsoons in itself could be quite delightful.

Money Saving Tips for International Getaways
Buy your airline tickets as soon as you know your itinerary. People are planning their getaways much farther in advance than ever before, and airlines are raising ticket prices faster than ever. Prices are higher right now than they were last summer, but likely not as high as they will get this summer. Protect yourself....
