ITINERARY:

 Day 1 : Delhi - Mussoorie (280 kms/7 hrs)
Arrive Delhi. Transfer by road to Mussoorie (296 kms/7 hrs) often referred to as the "Queen of the Hills". Arrive Mussoorie & proceed to your hotel. Later this evening enjoy a leisurely walk on the Mall road, overnight at the hotel

Day 2 : Mussoorie
Today you will visit to the Kempty falls, the most popular tourist spot in Mussoorie, proceed to the Gun Hills, which offers the breathtaking views of the valley, enjoy an optional cable car ride at the Gun Hills. Overnight at the hotel

Day 3 : Mussoorie - Corbett (180 kms/4-5 hrs)
This morning you will be transferred by road to Corbett National Park (180 kms/4-5 hrs) nestled in the foot hills of Himalaya and the first sanctuary to come under Project Tiger. Proceed to your jungle resort and rest of the day at leisure, overnight at the hotel

Day 4 : Corbett - Almora (158 kms/3-4 hrs)
Early this morning enjoy a game drive in the park by jeep/canter to view some of the most exotic wild life and the flora & fauna. Later you will be driven to Almora (158 kms/3-4 hrs) most picturesque hill station of the Uttaranchal. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful hill town on your own, overnight at the hotel

Day 5 : Almora
Full day is at leisure for individual activities OR optionally you may take a full day excursion to Ranikhet, overnight at the hotel

Day 6 : Almora - Nainital (65 kms/2 hrs)
Today you will be transferred by road to Nainital (65 kms/2 hrs) a glittering jewel in the Himalayan necklace blessed with scenic natural splendors. Arrive and proceed to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure, overnight at the hotel

Day 7 : Nainital
Morning you will visit the various picturesque Tals (Lakes) & Naini peak highest point in Nainital, later walk around the Naini lake, enjoy an optional boat ride on the Naini Lake. Overnight at the hotel

Day 8 : Nainital - Delhi (302 kms/7 hrs)
Today you will be transferred by road to Delhi (302 kms/7 hrs)

BEST TIME TO TRAVEL:

The hills of Uttaranchal are best visited from October to June when you can expect clear blue skies. In the months of Dec, Jan and Feb snowfall occurs at almost all places north of Nainital. In the summer months of April to June, avoid the plains (though wildlife viewing at Corbett can be well worth the endeavor) and take to the hills instead. Rains occur from end June to September, and though the snow-clad Himalayan views may not be visible, the monsoons in itself could be quite delightful.
